Krone La Punt
Since 2022, James and Natacha Baron have been leading Krone Säumerei am Inn in La Punt – a carefully restored Engadin property from the 16th century with 18 individually designed rooms. The interiors by architect Hans-Jörg Ruch are complemented by works from contemporary Graubünden artists as well as historic photographs by Albert Steiner.
With her background in fine dining and tea sommelier expertise, Natacha Baron brings a warm and cosmopolitan approach to hospitality, while Michelin-starred chef James Baron combines alpine tradition with international influences and regional ingredients in a modern, refined cuisine. Expanding the culinary experience, the relaxed “Fö e Flamma dal Barun” opposite the hotel features a wood-fired oven, terrace and delicatessen shop.
